Not so great for a 4star hotel
Location. It is very accessible from most parts of the city. Golden temple, malls are only 10-15mins drive.
The property looks old, especially the interiors. They don’t match the standards of a 4 star hotel. The bathroom and bedroom mirror had a bindi from previous visitor, toilet was not properly cleaned, curtains had lipstick stains. We requested toilet tissues in the evening and only got them the next morning after we called again. We were travelling with a baby and requested an early checkin, we only got the room at around 1pm, almost 2 hrs after the arrival. This should be rates as 3star.

Very Good
Large clean rooms, great service and hospitality, good food. The only downside is that room doors make a loud bang while closing disturbing all rooms nearby, especially at night.
